97% global warming consensus paper surpasses half a million downloads

It’s been a few years since I last did a Climate Change training session so it has been a while since I last had to defend climate change to an audience. This article in The Guardian, reminded me of one of the main resources I would refer to back then – the Cook et al. (2013) paper and the iconic 97% figure.

It is incredible that an academic paper such as this has now been downloaded over half a million times! It seems that now may be a good time to revisit and review the follow-up article as well.
